Do you have what it takes?
Event crewing is a unique job.
Every day is different.
One day you might be building a stage at an arts festival, the next you could be loading and setting up AV at a conference.
Seeing amazing venues and events from the other side can be rewarding – it’s also incredibly demanding.
Whether you’re new to crewing or experienced, we can give you the support you need to thrive.

Hear From the Crew

While working at Connection Crew, not every shift is the same and I’ve had the opportunity to work at top venues and be a part of exciting events. I have also had the opportunity to understand what it takes to put on an event, learning the essential knowledge and experiencing how much work actually goes into it. Last summer, I had the opportunity to be part of the stage crew for a festival and had to push giant dancing robots on stage alongside the performers themselves - an experience I will never forget!

Since working with Connection Crew, I have learnt so many skills that I can use for a lifetime. From music events to film sets, this line of work offers an infinite amount of memories to be made and avenues to follow. In addition, the people I work with have been incredible; closer to family than colleagues. The work can be tough at times but nothing will break our bond.
